You built the product. We build the channel.
If you are ready for a market beyond your own, the alternative you are actually weighing is not another distributor. It is a country manager on payroll, a local entity, and two years of relationships before the first invoice. Here is the other route.
Where we sell
Two entities, Istanbul and Dubai. Türkiye and the Gulf are where we sell today. We recruit by type, distributors, resellers, MSSPs and systems integrators, and we appoint few of them per product per territory. That is a policy rather than a headcount, and it is what keeps a partner selling you in year two.
We look at the product properly
Technical review, references in your home market, and an honest read of where you sit against the alternatives a buyer will actually compare you to.
One more thing decides it and it is not about you. A product enters an area when the area has no product, or when it answers a question the product already there does not answer. If your area is filled, you will hear it in the first meeting rather than in the sixth month.
We rebuild the story for the new market
Positioning, the competitive argument, sales material, and a price structure built for the region rather than converted into its currency.
What convinces a buyer in Istanbul does not convince one in Riyadh, and the difference is not translation.
We open the market on your behalf
Partner recruitment, enablement, events, and the first customer meetings, which we take ourselves rather than send an invitation to.
In September 2025 we led a solutions event at the Fairmont Dubai, where two of the companies we represent presented to regional security leaders. It was published by the Türkiye Cybersecurity Cluster, not by us.
You see the pipeline, not a summary of it
Every opportunity is registered before a partner quotes it. That makes the pipeline a record of how the channel runs rather than a report someone writes up afterwards.
You get the account, the partner holding it, the stage it is at, and the reason anything stopped moving.
What buyers say goes into your roadmap
Not the win rate. The sentence that lost the deal, the feature a tender asked for by name, and the objection that came up in three meetings out of four.
What we look for
- Founded by Turkish entrepreneurs
- That is the whole portfolio and it is not going to change.
- A product with customers and references at home
- We do not take a product into a new market to find out whether it works.
- A founder who wants a partner rather than a reseller
- If what you need is somebody to carry a price list, we are an expensive way to get one.
Where this is going
We would like to reach some of these companies earlier. A product can work, and have customers at home, and still be two years away from a distribution agreement, and the work that closes those two years is not distribution work.
A division for that is on our horizon, closer to an incubator than to a distributor. It does not exist yet, and nothing above this line depends on it. If that is where you are, tell us anyway.
Send us the product
Tell us what it does and who buys it at home. If the fit is not there we will say so in the first conversation, which is the part most distributors leave until the third.
