Changing the browser turns a security decision into a migration project. User habits, extensions, saved sessions and the helpdesk load that arrives with all three. The security outcome is the same either way, and only one of the two routes needs a change management plan. DefensX layers the controls onto the browser that is already there. Credential protection, download and upload policy, session isolation, and policy on where corporate data can be pasted.
The part that changed most recently is the part nobody has a control for yet. Staff paste contract text, customer records and source code into models the organisation never procured, and they do it inside the browser, which is the one place a data loss tool was never watching. DefensX applies policy to what can be typed into an AI tool and surfaces which tools are being used at all. In the top edition the same browser reaches internal and on-premise applications without a VPN or a virtual desktop, so one product covers browser control and remote access. And it was built to be run by a service provider rather than by an enterprise security team.
